November 2009 – Todd Schnick is a blogger, a professional marketer, active in the community, and a political consultant. He has started four companies, and is actively launching two new joint ventures at this very moment.

An active participant in both the political and marketing arenas since 1992, Todd has been at the forefront of several key historical events in recent memory. In 2002, he served as the Executive Director of the Georgia Republican Party, and during his tenure, elected the first Republican governor since Reconstruction, elected Saxby Chambliss to the United States Senate (defeating Max Cleland), and helped achieve GOP control of the Georgia Senate for the first time ever.

Before founding the marketing and political consulting firm Intrepid in 2007, Todd was a founding partner in the Atlanta office of the Southern Strategy Group, a governmental affairs firm that opened in 2003. He then joined The Strategum Group, a political consulting, marketing, and direct mail firm as a partner in 2004.

Todd’s political career also includes successful terms as Executive Director of the Nevada Republican Party and Political Director of the Republican Party of Florida, where he played a key role in the 2000 Florida Recount. After graduation, Todd served as an aide to Congressman Cliff Stearns (R-FL).

Todd has served on the Board of Directors of The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta since 2008, and has been a member of GrowthANSWERS, a marketing consortium of subject-matter experts since 2007. Todd, who is the co-host for the High Velocity Radio Show,  has also been featured on Atlanta Business Radio, Dream Job Radio, Gravity Free Radio, as well as  in The Customer Collective, The Social Customer and Smart Brief for Entrepreneurs.

Todd received two degrees from The Florida State University in 1991, and participated in a summer tutorial abroad at Oxford. After hours, he plays competitive tennis, having won two USTA tournaments. He is also writing a Civil War novel, and is drafting a screenplay about a political thriller.
